Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests to the restaurant with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to guest tables.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our menu items, including crepes, milk teas, and dumplings to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure dining areas are kept clean, organized, and inviting throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Process payments accurately using the restaurant’s POS system.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality background is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred, though motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to work within a team.
- A proactive, energetic, and 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical requirements of a busy restaurant.
