Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service to all guests.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our menu, including daily specials and wine pairings.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and cater to specific dietary requirements.
- Ensure the dining area is impeccably clean, organized, and set up according to restaurant standards.
- Manage guest orders accurately using the POS system to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with grace and professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a restaurant setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during busy service hours.
- Polished appearance and a positive, energetic 'can-do' attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine or previous experience in Mediterranean restaurants is a plus.
- Strong team player with a dedication to collaborative success.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
