Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive, personalized table service to resort guests, ensuring a memorable and seamless dining experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials to offer informed recommendations.
- Set up and maintain dining areas to impeccable cleanliness and aesthetic standards, adhering to resort luxury protocols.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen/bar, and serve items promptly and correctly.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with utmost professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Process guest bills efficiently using the POS system, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and reporting any supply or equipment needs to the management.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for building guest rapport.
- Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Willingness to work in Anilao, Batangas (live-in arrangement is highly preferred but not required).
- Solid knowledge of proper food handling, safety standards, and fine dining service etiquette.
- Flexibility to work a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Professional grooming, poise, and a consistently positive, can-do attitude.
