As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest receives prompt, friendly, and professional service. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables upon arrival.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide informed recommendations.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Perform regular table maintenance, including refilling water and clearing used dishes.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area throughout the shift.
- Process customer payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is highly preferred but entry-level candidates with a great attitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move efficiently within a busy dining room.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- A proactive team player who can follow instructions and work well under pressure.
