Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer detailed recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and transmit them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables with precision and attention to detail.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and resolve any concerns efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area, including table setting and resetting.
- Assist in processing guest payments and handling point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is highly advantageous.
- A friendly, proactive, and service-minded personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a smile.
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and public holidays.
