Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests, provide menus, and escort them to their tables.
- Present menu offerings, provide recommendations, and accurately record food and beverage orders.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and side stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with table setting and preparation for daily service shifts.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment is an added advantage.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
