Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat members and guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to the club's high standards of presentation and quality.
- Maintain impeccable table settings and cleanliness of the dining area throughout the service period.
- Handle member and guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with courtesy and efficiency.
- Process billing and payments correctly using the club's POS system.
- Assist in the daily purchasing and stock-taking of beverages as directed by the Captain or Manager.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless operational flow.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or service crew in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or country club is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wines, and spirits.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
