Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service to all guests.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu items to provide accurate recommendations.
- Ensure the dining area is set up according to restaurant standards and kept impeccably clean.
- Proactively assist in managing inventory levels and restocking service stations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Assist with opening or closing duties as scheduled by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
- Possess a proactive attitude and a high level of alertness.
- Impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is highly preferred.
- Understanding of basic stock management and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
