Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all restaurant guests.
- Greet customers, present menus, and offer detailed explanations of food and beverage options.
- Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of service items, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
- Demonstrated experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is preferred.
- Exceptional proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, especially regarding inventory and guest requests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, honest, and possessing excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
