Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional table service throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our ramen menu, ingredients, and daily specials to provide expert recommendations.
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards at all times.
- Manage customer orders accurately using our POS system and coordinate with the kitchen staff.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Perform opening and closing side duties to ensure a smooth operation for every shift.
- Upsell beverages and additional menu items to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to team collaboration.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
