Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional table service including order taking, food delivery, and bill presentation
- Ensure dining areas are immaculately maintained and set according to standards
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen coordination during peak hours
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Build rapport with regular guests to enhance repeat business
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
