We are looking for candidates who are ready to deliver top-tier service in a vibrant and friendly environment.
In this role, you will be the face of our establishment. You will interact with guests to ensure they have a pleasant dining experience, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments efficiently. We offer a competitive salary package of Rp 2.300.000 – Rp 2.600.000 per month for full-time positions. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests to the cafe, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and drink offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Upsell products and offer suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or food & beverage is a plus but not required.
- Pleasant personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- High standards of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian food and beverage service.
