In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional service that exceeds our guests' expectations. - Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a smile, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Present menus and offer detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks according to established standards of presentation and timing.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels throughout the meal and address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining service area, including tables and side stations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive service style.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and wine service etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and tablet ordering.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
