Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized menu recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Accurately record guest orders and ensure they are delivered promptly to the kitchen.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, process payments, and manage cash transactions with integrity.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth dining operations during peak hours.
- Proactively address guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, grooming, and professional conduct.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or café environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for fresh graduates.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude toward guest service.
