- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar teams
- Deliver orders efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service
- Adhere to health/safety regulations and brand standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous waiter/waitress experience in hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong knowledge of food/beverage service protocols
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for extended standing and carrying trays
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
