Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them promptly in a professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed recommendations on menu items, including Korean specialties.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus but not strictly required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
