Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide detailed recommendations based on our Korean menu.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them correctly into the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen to the tables while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform regular table maintenance, including refilling drinks and clearing used plates/utensils.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other floor members to ensure smooth operational flow during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area according to health and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English to communicate effectively with our diverse guest base.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment.
- Strong team player with a willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional approach to customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
