Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Present menus, explain offerings, and take accurate food/beverage orders
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling procedures
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant service
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Exceptional customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
