Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm, professional greeting and seating services to all guests
- Accurately record and transmit food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar staff
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling procedures
- Monitor table cleanliness and maintain dining area hygiene
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic English communication skills; Bahasa Indonesia fluency essential
