In this role, you will be the face of our cafe, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, health-focused environment. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of guest interaction, ensuring order accuracy, and contributing to the positive, welcoming atmosphere that defines Bambu Fitness. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering recommendations based on our healthy menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Promote wellness products and daily specials to enhance the member experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
- A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness culture.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic personality.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of personal grooming and professional presentation.
- Ability to work as part of a multicultural team.
