Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and partner with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our health-focused menu, sports nutrition drinks, and specialty coffees.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs and proactively resolving any issues or complaints.
- Ensure the dining area, service stations, and tables are consistently clean, sanitized, and beautifully presented.
- Process customer bills accurately and handle cash and card transactions efficiently using our POS system.
- Collaborate actively with the pre-opening team to set up systems, service standards, and operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a fast-paced restaurant, beach club, or hotel cafe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A positive, high-energy attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer interaction.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure during peak service hours.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene regulations, and POS operations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
- Currently residing in Bali, with a strong preference for candidates living in or near the Uluwatu/Badung area.
