Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and escort guests to their tables in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and specials.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are prepared according to specifications.
- Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and issue receipts accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including table setup and resetting.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
