Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and seat guests, providing a personalized and professional dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, allergens, and daily specials.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with grace and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and manage cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours and special events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a customer-facing role in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and digital ordering tools.
