Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, friendly service throughout their dining experience.
- Present menus, answer questions regarding food and beverage selections, and provide expert recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting and polishing cutlery.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle guest feedback with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- High level of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
