- Warmly welcome guests and escort them to their tables upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer professional recommendations.
- Accurately record guest orders and ensure they are transmitted to the kitchen promptly.
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Perform opening and closing side-tasks, including table setup and station cleaning.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the dining area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of professional service etiquette and food safety.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
