Your day-to-day responsibilities will include warmly greeting and seating guests, expertly navigating our menu to answer questions and make recommendations, accurately taking orders using our modern POS system, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the dining area, handling guest payments, and proactively addressing any guest needs are all crucial aspects of this role.

Note: This position is offered as a Daily Worker role with a Full-Time schedule.

- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival at the restaurant or event venue.
- Present menus and provide detailed, accurate information regarding dishes, beverages, and specials.
- Take food and drink orders precisely using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly while adhering to established service standards and hygiene protocols.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service to enhance the dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Process guest payments (cash, card, or room charge) and issue accurate invoices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar Food & Beverage service role (hospitality background preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and carrying heavy trays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality or food safety is a plus.
- Willingness to be hired as a Daily Worker (Harian) with full-time hours.
