- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment according to hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality presentation
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Assist with opening/closing duties including table setup, inventory checks, and preparation
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role preferred
