Your role goes beyond taking orders – you will interact with guests, anticipate their needs, ensure timely delivery of meals, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and ensure quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English language skills (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Team player with the ability to take initiative.
- Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one.
