Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen staff promptly
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality presentation
- Check with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle payments, process bills, and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and workstations
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waitress or server in a restaurant setting preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments and checks
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
