Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus to customers and answer any questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring proper presentation.
- Clean and reset tables between service sessions to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS systems.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift trays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
