Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through attentive table management and personalized recommendations
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Maintain pristine dining areas through systematic table clearing and resetting
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and quality control
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and anticipate service needs
- Execute opening/closing procedures including cash handling and inventory checks
- Adhere to food safety standards and maintain cleanliness throughout all service areas
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality service roles
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in POS systems and order management software
- Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor
- Valid food handling certification preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
