Join our dynamic team as a Waitress in the vibrant heart of Seminyak, Bali! We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable moments through excellent service and attention to detail.
This is a contract position offering a competitive salary range of Rp2.500.000 to Rp3.000.000 per month, with a structured work schedule of 8 hours per day (including 1 hour break) and 1 day off per week. You will also enjoy annual leave benefits as part of our commitment to employee well-being.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to guests' needs in a timely and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant according to established procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar waitress or food service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- Proficiency in basic English language skills
