Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and offer knowledgeable recommendations regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests immediately.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
