- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they are seated comfortably.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied and address any needs or complaints promptly.
- Clear tables efficiently after guests finish dining to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or digital transactions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
