Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain immaculate dining standards through constant table maintenance and cleanliness
- Upsell premium menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak service hours
- Basic food safety certification (HACCP equivalent)
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
