Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing a positive first impression of the restaurant.
- Present menus and assist guests in selecting food and beverages based on preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next service efficiently.
- Assist with side work, including cleaning and stocking stations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact politely with a diverse clientele.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer service orientation and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as carrying trays and cleaning.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
