- Greet and seat guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks according to established presentation standards and timings.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions with care.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, including resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus and service etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing bills accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
