Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally as they arrive.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage options, and offer recommendations.
- Accurately record food and drink orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver orders with precision, ensuring that all food and beverages meet our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a solution-oriented and friendly attitude.
- Process payments accurately and manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- High School diploma or equivalent; vocational degree in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a customer-facing hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with diverse guests.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of English; additional language skills are highly valued.
- Immaculate grooming and a professional appearance.
