- Warmly welcome guests, seat them promptly, and present menus with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions knowledgeably.
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Process guest payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and manage the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring tables are reset efficiently and beautifully.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously to resolve issues and enhance their experience.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
