Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, professional hospitality
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages to guest tables
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions securely
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in fine dining or casual restaurant service preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude with commitment to exceptional guest service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good command of English language; Bahasa Indonesia fluency required
- Physical stamina to remain standing for extended periods
