Tanggung Jawab
- Greet, seat, and provide attentive service to restaurant guests
- Accurately input orders and manage POS system operations
- Proactively up-sell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Maintain strict hygiene standards for dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Process payments and reconcile cash transactions
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Contribute to team training and service standard adherence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or hospitality role
- Proficiency with POS systems and order management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
