Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage options, and offer expert recommendations.
- Accurately take food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Upsell promotional items and daily specials to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (vocational background in Hospitality is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Waitress or Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; basic to conversational English proficiency is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
