Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, providing menus and introducing signature dishes.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to enhance the guest experience.
- Upsell specials and beverages to maximize revenue while maintaining a personal touch.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions with responsibility.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience working as a Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact fluently in English and Indonesian.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are a plus.
