Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through attentive table service and order management
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit card transactions accurately
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including table setup and clearing
- Process payments efficiently while ensuring cash drawer reconciliation accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or cashier role preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
