Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing guest requests with a positive attitude.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including cocktail lists and daily specials, to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure the dining and club area is kept clean, organized, and strictly adheres to hygiene and safety standards.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle guest transactions with professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Proactively address guest concerns or complaints, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
- Assist in venue set-up and closing procedures to maintain high visual standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in a similar role within a high-volume club, restaurant, or lounge is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with international guests in English.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night hours.
- Strong grooming standards consistent with a high-end nightlife brand.
- Basic numeracy skills for accurate billing and cash handling.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
