- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from arrival.
- Provide expert knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to fine dining service standards, including proper table setting, service sequence, and guest interaction protocols.
- Manage reservations and table allocations efficiently, optimizing the dining room flow and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless synchronization of food and beverage service.
- Address guest inquiries and special requests promptly and graciously, resolving any issues with poise and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Waitress or Server within a high-end fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or exclusive lounge.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism is highly preferred.
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and personal hygiene standards.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and premium beverages.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
