Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a timely and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and presentable at all times
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a waitress or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
