- Provide attentive, personalized service to restaurant guests while maintaining wellness-focused standards
- Present and explain menu items with emphasis on nutritional benefits and healthy preparation methods
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using digital POS systems
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene compliance in dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve guest concerns promptly
- Upsell signature wellness beverages and seasonal healthy offerings

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or health-conscious restaurant environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and allergen awareness
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Tagalog
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak service hours
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for customer wellbeing
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 15kg
- Basic food and beverage certification preferred
