- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a high standard of hospitality from the moment they step into the restaurant.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes, beverages, and specials to guide guest choices.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all plating and presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs, including refilling water glasses and offering additional service before being asked.
- Upsell products and handle special dietary requests or allergies with care and discretion.
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment throughout the service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a luxury or fine-dining restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is highly desirable.
- Professional grooming standards and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
