Maiku Cafe is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress to join our growing team. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Keep tables clean, sanitize dining areas, and reset tables for the next service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or items weighing up to 5kg.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a significant plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
